Firstly, I am very thankful for CIES for putting on Tea Time on Tuesday afternoon! Between Naser and my busy schedules, it was a very convenient place to meet! However, whenever we were able to meet, I enjoyed every second of our conversation. This meeting was just as intriguing! I enjoy hearing stories of life in Kuwait because it gives life to what I have studied in textbooks. One of my favorite stories is centered around the raising and training of Hawks. The history and relationships that these birds share with their masters dates back centuries! Naser explaining about hunting experiences with these birds made me want to travel to Kuwait to try it with him!
